Be Patient With Him.

TRUST IN HIM

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:8-9 New International Version

My computer kept on shutting down.

It was taken to a computer repair store and they informed me that because there was a corrupt file I would need a new hard drive and new Microsoft installed.

I looked up the prices in Hong Kong (because I do not trust the rubbish in China) and it would have been almost as expensive as to buy a new one.

I prayed to Jehovah to find some inexpensive way to repair it.

Finally it shut down completely.

Resigned to buy new hard drive and Microsoft in China the computer was taken to a computer mall.

The Lord moved me to go a different route than I normally take and go into a different computer mall. There was a booth selling the brand of computer I have. The salesman was asked to look at the computer. He informed me that it did not require a new hard drive but a new computer chip that cost one tenth the price.

Now the computer is working as good as new and none of the programs were lost.

I prayed for over a month before He answered my prayer.

Jehovah answers our prayers in His time not ours, in His way not ours.

Prayer: Please Jehovah ElShaddai (God who is sufficient for the needs of His people)  bless me with patience and faith that You always provide for all my needs in Your time and in Your way.

I meekly request this in the name of He who waited over thirty years before You blessed Him with His gift of ministry Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Give It To Them Bluntly

LOOKING TO HEAVEN

The Pharisees and Sadducees came to Jesus and tested him by asking him to show them a sign from heaven.

He replied, “When evening comes, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red,’ and in the morning, ‘Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times. A wicked and adulterous generation looks for a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.” Jesus then left them and went away.

Matthew 16:1-4 New International Version

The Pharisee’s and Sadducee’s when they confronted Jesus were just looking to pick a fight. Jesus gave it to them bluntly and then walked away.

That is what we are to do when confronted with those who get a perverted pleasure out of picking fights.

I do not try to reason with unreasonable people. I just tell it like it is and then walk away.

If you try to reason with them they will manipulate you into a stupid fight and laugh as they sickly watch you get all upset.

I speak from a lot of experience.

Many times I would try to use reason to no avail and get very frustrated and angry. Then the perpetrators act innocent and try to blame you saying it is all your fault.

They are truly the spawn of the devil and yes there is a special place in Hell just for them. (look up where Jesus says woe to trouble makers).

Now I politely but firmly tell them like it is and walk away.

They are the ones that look stupid and get angry while the bystanders laugh at them.

Prayer: Please Jehovah KalEl (the voice of God) bless me to be Your voice and convict the filthy wolves of their dirty little game and then provide me with the grace to leave in a dignified manner befitting of You.

I earnestly ask this in the name of he who gave it to His condemner’s right between the eyes when they attacked Him Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

Be Thankful For Where You Are.

ACCEPT HIS CALL INTO HIS LIFETIME SCHOOL AND SERVICE

Now Joseph had been taken down to Egypt. Potiphar, an Egyptian who was one of Pharaoh’s officials, the captain of the guard, bought him from the Ishmaelites who had taken him there.  The Lord was with Joseph so that he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master. When his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord gave him success in everything he did Joseph found favor in his eyes and became his attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of his household, and he entrusted to his care everything he owned Genesis 39:1-4 New International Version

There was a time when I was frustrated and considering giving up on teaching in China. It was very difficult.

However, as time went by there were some students that became interested in Christianity.

Although it was challenging, to say the least, after six months they did accept Christ.

This process was repeated as I each semester the new students repeated the experience.

So, even though it is dirty, noisy, stinky, the people are rude and many times there are no other foreigners to talk with the rewards were great.

The point is, God puts us each where we are to use us in His divine plan of things.

We are not to whine and go about His business niggardly but with joy and love.

Our efforts will be rewarded here and in heaven.

Prayer: Please Jehovah Rohi (God our Sheppard) bless me with a joyful, loving and gracious heart to dutifully obey Your divine guidance in my life to do with gusto the work You have prepared for me to do before I was even born. I sincerely request this in the name of Your obedient son who was followed His duty to You all the way to the cross Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
