If You Are Old Enough to Remember

See , God has come to save me. I will trust in him and not be afraid. The Lord God is my strength and my song ; he has given me victory. Isaiah 12:2 The Holy Bible , The New Living Translation

I do not know if you are old enough to remember the old cowboy movies from the United Sates. In just about every one of them , just when it seems as if all is lost and everyone will be killed , the Calvary comes charging in with the bugle just as blowing.

Although there are no charging horses nor bugles a blasting , but in my life , there have been so many times that just when I am about to give up , The Lord always comes around to save me from certain disaster. I often wonder if He is teaching not just to rely upon Him but to wait upon Him.

As well , maybe He is encouraging us to try everything but Him because it is kind of fun thinking up creative ( yes , sometimes even pretty stupid ) schemes to find success and it must sure be entertaining for Jehovah , Jesus and The Holy Spirit.

It is only when we come to the end of ourselves that we find Jesus patiently waiting for us with a smile on His face as He asks us: “ Are you ready to try My way now? “ Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Oh let all praise Thee Jehovah Chatsahi ( The Lord is my Strength Psalm 27:1 ) for the uncountable times You have patiently waited for Your children turn to You for help in the challenging times of our life. I extol Thee in the name of He who has shared many laughs with me at my foolish , goofy schemes to handle crisis. And with whom I have worked so hard with bringing to a glorious victory, Jesus Christ. Amen

May you stop being such a dumbo and depending upon yourself to solve your problems and start being a smarty pants and depend upon He who has a 100% success rate , Jesus Christ. Joseph a son of Jehovah.

Would you please pray for Sahil, a Christian in Pakistan that has a Christian school in the slums with protection , resources to guide others to Christ and strength and encouragement to continue on in very difficult circumstances ?

As Christ is our King, so too are we His free will servants Joseph a son of Jehovah I have been a faithful servant of our Lord for the past forty years. He has led me to move from the farm to the city. It was there I learned natural medicine as well as to serve by doin volunteer work in a hospital. This was preparing me for the next stage of growth and service unto Him. The next phase was to live in a tent in the western provinces of Canada planting trees. It has here in His marvelous creation of nature that He taught me so much of Himself while serving others in camp as a first aid attendant. If anybody got sick or injured they always came to me. As well, I learned to be a big brother and care about their mental health and for most, it was the first time they were ever loved. This caring for others prepared me for the next step which was to be a teacher all over China. Here not only did my example guide many to our Heavenly King but also taught me how to deal with narcissist. This prepared me to come home to take care of a narcissistic mother while dealing with narcissist family members. It was in China that the Lord also guided me to become a Christian writer which has been faithfully done for the past ten years. I know not what will happen tomorrow but I know who holds tomorrow in His hands and it is Him I place my total confidence and trust in. Joseph a son of Jehovah
