Oh Please Jehovah Rapha

Therefore, dear brothers and sisters, you have no obligation to do what your sinful nature urges you to do. For if you live by its dictates, you will die. But if through the power of the Spirit you put to death the deeds of your sinful nature, you will live. Romans 8:12-13 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Prayer: Oh please Jehovah Rapha (God my healer Jeremiah 33:6 ) rescue me, Your tormented child, from this addiction. It is slowly destroying my life. It is too powerful for me to conquer on my own but I have faith in the power of Your saving grace. I humbly submit it to You in the name of the greatest healer of all, Jesus Christ. Amen

Editors note, please get into Christian groups that help recovered addicts. Most folks need support through these difficult times and most times there is mental problems that cause the addiction

May you be blessed with the gentle but powerful healing touch of the greatest physician of all today, Jesus Christ. Joseph a son of Jehovah

I am an unpaid live in care giver for my aged mother. As well I regularly do volunteer work with a local church group helping working poor establish themselves independently. . I love being in nature. I say the closer we get to nature the more we see Jehovah. We are blessed in this area with many amazing, easy to ride bicycle trails on old railroad lines that takes us all over Southern Ontario.

  1. Hi Joseph if you ever want to talk here is my email……thirstysnail@outlook.com GOD BLESS

    • Thank you for your gracious offer.

      • And I mean it! If you ever want to have a chat I am only an email away…..no judgement. You see my husband has almost every addiction and so I know how difficult it is. The LORD is good to us and protects him, but I know it. God Bless you Joseph.

      • Thank you.
I know the full power of Jehovahs healing.
I was addicted to alcohol and tobacco for decades. He healed me instantly in His way and in His time.
My challenge now is being a live in care giver for a narcissist mother. The rest of the family are no help. It is the most challenging thing I have ever done.
I just remember this: Hard and difficult times are the greatest blessings to a Christian because that brings us closer to our Heavenly Beloved like nothing else can. Joseph a son of Jehovah
May you be blessed with a closeness to Christ that blesses you with strength, peace and healing.
Have you ever gone to https://www.ibelieve.com/devotionals/your-daily-prayer/archive
It has fantastic prayers to help you.
Jehovah bless you with a closeness to Christ.

      • Thank you Joseph…I know how hard this must be for you. I had an aunt that recently passed and she was very similiar but did change and soften as she neared death. I will pray that the LORD will contiune to help and strength you always. GOD BLESS Joseph and you are never alone!

      • Thank you.
Jehovah does bless me every day with a Divine love (and that is so true), strength, wisdom and peace.

  2. Oh and thank you for the devotionals as well. I have not looked at them in a long time.

  3. Ropheka: I have read of the challenges within the background of your posts periodically. I have appreciated the likes you have offered and the sincere prayers and thanks that you have offered GOD and Jesus. The seriousness of your tone challenges me with what to say that I may be of help. I am a simple person. I have always found my strength in whatever circumstance I have been in with a simple request of Jesus as the spirit I find Jesus to be. Invite Him to share some time in conversation. Not in prayer, not expecting answers, simply conversation. The strength will come with understanding. The Hymn “What A Friend I Have in Jesus” has been a knowledge that has carried me my entire life. The conversations we have shared brought a fresh relationship and our discussions I will cherish for my entire life. Not with a Father, not with a GOD, but with a very dear friend. Enjoy the blessings.

    • Thank you.
My greatest joy is going fort walks in nature with my best friend Jesus Pyyrand. Being a quiet man, most times we just enjoy each others company.
It would be nice if others were to accept Jesus as their Savior, King and best friend.
May you be blessed with numerous opportunities to share special time with our best friend, Jesus.
