A closer walk with our beloved friend.

Thank You Jehovah Ghmolah

I said to the Lord, “You are my Master! Every good thing I have comes from you.” Psalm 16:2 The Holy Bible, The New Living Translation

Here David is acknowledging he has made the choice to worship and severe Jehovah above all else.

That is a wise decision.

Jehovah never demands anything of us. He always asks and the choice is ours.

Obey and there are blessings, disobey and there are curses.

Any other god is a demanding one that always screams I want more. Sure it feels good for a while but then it overtakes you and destroys you. Just ask an addict if that is true.

“We do not err because truth is difficult to see. It is visible at a glance. We err because this is more comfortable.” Alexander Solzhenitsyn

David is also acknowledging that every good thing in his life come from a blessing from our loving Heavenly Poppa.

Yes some blessings take effort on our behalf but it is Jehovah that blesses us with the opportunities, encouragement and skills fulfill the fruition of the blessing.

We all worship something. Anything other that Jehovah makes you a slave to a cruel demanding taskmaster. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Ghmolah (The God of Recompense. I leave it all in the Lord’s hand. Isaiah 49.4 I will trust God for my reward. ) thank you that You generously bless me when I am obedient unto You.

Thank you that You are also a God of justice and those who willingly are evil and wicked shall also receive their just reward, if not in this life then most certainly in the eternal one.

I extol You in the name of the Supreme Judge, Jesus Christ. Amen

May you be blessed with the gift of love, the gift of peace, the gift of joy. May you be blessed with numerous opportunities to share these gifts with others today.   Joseph a son of Jehovah

I am an unpaid live in care giver for my aged mother. As well I regularly do volunteer work with a local church group helping working poor establish themselves independently. . I love being in nature. I say the closer we get to nature the more we see Jehovah. We are blessed in this area with many amazing, easy to ride bicycle trails on old railroad lines that takes us all over Southern Ontario.

  1. Excellent! Everything we have comes from God, but He won’t force feed us. I also enjoyed the quote by Solzhenitsyn. Blessings. 🙏
