Too Great to Understand

How can this be?

I have heard the old saying that men will never understand a woman (and vise versa) which to a degree is true.

But, how can a love be so great that we cannot understand it?

That is amazing.

We have all been in loving relationships but we understood the manner of our love for each other and why we love each other. That is logical.

By our standards Jehovah has to be the most illogical being we have ever encountered. That is because His ways are so much higher than ours. That is because He loves us so much more than we can ever give back in return. That is why I deeply desire to love Him more and more every day. Not because I want more of His love but because just once I would like to love Him back almost as much as He loves me.

I believe that for every ounce of love we give Jesus, He gives us a pound more back in return. Joseph a son of Jehovah

The Miracle That We Really Get.

 You have endowed him with eternal blessings and given him the joy of your presence. Psalm 21:6 Holy Bible, New Living Translation

Have you ever been in Jehovahs presence?

I mean, have you ever experienced His celestial being being with you?

I have on numerous occasions. Every time there is an overwhelming experience of love, peace and joy. Every molecule in my body was tingling like a delightful electric current racing through it and I exploded in ecstasy singing out: “I love you my God, I love you. “

Time does not exist and it is as if there is nothing nor anyone in the universe except for my Beloved and I.

This is freely available to anyone and everyone who develops a loving relationship with Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

We do not get to dictate the when or where that is Divine blessing occurs. It is up to Jehovahs discretion.

But, I will tell you this: it is an experience like nothing else on the planet. There is nothing that can compare to it.

Are You a Good Steward?

Be hospitable to one another without complaint. Just as each one of you has received a special gift [a spiritual talent, an ability graciously given by God], employ it in serving one another as [is appropriate for] good stewards of God’s multi-faceted grace [faithfully using the diverse, varied gifts and abilities granted to Christians by God’s unmerited favor].1 Peter 4:9-11 Holy Bible Amplified Version

In unions it is the steward that goes to management when there is a problem between one of its member’s and the company (at least it was when I was a union member.).

To be Gods steward we are to be helpers to Jehovah. We are to guide others to Jehovah and to observe the proper conduct in His Holy Family.

To do this Jehovah has equipped us with specific skills to accomplish this assignment. We need not go to seminary or university to attend these classes, the Holy Spirit knows us individually and has individual classes prepared for us so we will learn our gifts and how to use them correctly. When we are ready He will lead us to the proper place and time to utilize these skills to the best effect.

The problem is too many are neglecting their gifts and instead selfishly wasting their time on their own goals in life rather than being good stewards in Christs kingdom.

Are you a good steward?

Stewardship is the obedient management of life and all of its resources under the guidance of the Holy Spirit to bring glory unto Jehovah and to bring the lost into His Holy family. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jesus Hamelech ( Jesus my Lord King ) for the honor of being Your free will servant. May I humbly always be obedient unto Your Divine direction of the proper use of the resources Your give me to expand Your Kingdom of Light into the world of darkness. I sincerely request this in Your majestic name. Amen

The gift of love, the gift of joy, the gift of peace, these are the greatest gifts that can be given. They are given in abundance to all those in Christs family by our Heavenly loving  Father. May you be blessed with plentiful opportunities to share these with those around you today.

Be Careful of the Words You

 For you will be treated as you treat others. The standard you use in judging is the standard by which you will be judged. Matthew 7:2 Holy Bible, New Living Translation

Be careful of the words you say to someone today (especially the young ones), it may affect them the rest of their lives.

I grew up with very strong negative inputs in my life. I was constantly reminded of what a failure I was and that nothing was going to come of me. After moving away from these Negative Neliies it took me many decades to gain confidence in myself and that I was not a failure. The Holy Spirit had His work cut out with me. I like to say that I have succeeded in life in spite of those around me not because of them.

The good thing about this is that I was extremely sensitive to my children when a teacher.

No, I did not give them false beliefs like so many today that they can accomplish anything they desire and put their mind to. I did explain to them that sometimes there are things you cannot do but that does not make you a failure.

I did not puff them up when they succeeded but did praise and encourage them to expand their skills and knowledge from a sincere heart for their good.

They knew it and loved teacher for it.

I often wonder just how much I influenced their lives for good by my example.

And just remember this: what goes around, comes around. As you do unto others, so too will it be done back unto you. I have seen it oh so many times and believe me, it ain’t pretty.

Prayer: Please Jehovah Ghmolah (The God of Recompense) put a lock on my lips when filth is about to be spewed from it and open it wide when sweet words of encouragement are about to flow from it. I deeply desire my speech to emulate Yours with whom have spoken so encouragingly to me. May I encourage others as You have me. I meekly request this in Your beautiful sons name who spoke so eloquently, like I deeply desire to, Jesus Christ. Amen

Thank Him For It And

Do you truly have confidence in our Heavenly Father?

Then when you go to Him with a problem when you are finished talking with Him about it, thank Him for it and drop it. I do not mean to never mention it again but rather do not whine about it consistently to Jehovah. That is annoying when someone does that to me, I can only imagine how annoying it is to Jehovah when untold numbers of His children do it to Him.

For me, I mention it every morning to Him more as a way for me to remember it than to remind Him of it. Many times I tend to forget the problem (unless it is persistent or is a crisis) and then one day something happens and it pops into my mind that that is Jehovah answering my prayers in unusual and unique ways. It always makes me laugh and thank Him for His wonderful humour as well as His loving Providence.

For the rest of my life I am going to trust that Jehovah is always at work in all things and give Him thanks long before my simplest prayers are answered. Nancy Parker Brummet

Even When He is Silent.

 Believe in the Lord your God, and you will be able to stand firm.2 Chronicles 20:20 Holy Bible, New Living Translation

There has been so many times in my life when Jehovah was silent.

Yes in every one of the occurrences He was testing me. Testing my faith in Him.

He made me a promise, would I hold true faith in Him that the promise would come true even when it seemed as if everything was going the opposite way in which He promised?

Testing my patience. He promised that certain events would occur yet for what seemed like the longest time (a couple of years) there was no action and the opposite of what was promised was happening and I was suffering because of it.

In each instance I cried and cried out to Him yet He was silent.

I thought He was angry with me yet He remained silent. I stood firm in my Beloved even when it seemed He was either silent or indeed working against me. In the end in every situation He held true to His word.

So, if Jehovah is silent, take heart. He is not angry with you and will never desert you. Have faith child, have faith. Victory is your in Jehovahs time, in Jehovahs way.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Emunah (God is faithful) for blessing me with teaching that even though there are times when You are silent, You have not deserted me and are working a wondrous victory for me and are maturing this child of Yours. I exalt You in the name of He who worked amazing deeds even when others though He was silent Jesus Christ. Amen

You can Thank Him For

 Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 Holy Bible, New Living Translation

Try this every day for a month and see how much your disposition changes:

Every morning thank Jehovah. You can thank Him for the bed you have slept on while many in the world sleep on cold dirt.

You can thank Him for the adobe you are living in while many are living in plastic tents you would be put in jail if you let your dog sleep in it.

Thank Him for the security of your adobe while many are living in war zones where their next moment may be their last or if they are captured they will be tortured and murdered.

You can thank Him for the heart in your adobe while many are shivering with nothing but a blanket to keep them warm.

You can thank Him for the air conditioning while many are in such sweltering heat they can barely breathe.

You can thank Him for the clean water to shower in, drink and cook your food with while many have enough water to cook and drink only.

You can thank Him for the food in your adobe while many are digging their meals out of the garbage dump.

I have seen all of these things and get angered when listening to the whine puppies cry about how hard done they are in the first world countries.

May I suggest going and living in third world countries for three months and then see how grateful you are to be living in the lap of luxury in the industrialized world.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Jireh ( God provides ) for all of Your wonderful daily provisions for me both great and small, for those I see and for those that are unknown to me. I praise You in the name of Your greatest gift to me Jesus Christ. Amen

That I Encountered Jesus.

I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”John 16:33 New Living Translation Bible

Although being a Christian for many decades it was not until I endured my crucifixion (We all worship something equal to or more that Christ, in order to be used by Christ this must be crucified. I do not take that lightly. It is the most horrible and excruciating pain and agony you will ever experience. But, on the other side of it you will thank Jehovah for it every day. I do) that I encountered Jesus.

It was during a church service and there was a brilliant light that completely encompassed me. A voice came out of the light and assured me: “I love you and am with you always. I will never leave you nor forsake you. “ There was a washing, like being under a cool waterfall on a blistering hot day of all the pain, hurt, and anguish completely away. It was the most refreshing and cleansing experience ever experienced. That encounter changed my life forever and shall never forget it.

Yes, I had been blessed countless times with the Holy Spirits guidance and strengthening, comforting and encouraging and still am BUT, that could never compare with the encounter with Jesus. I greatly appreciated and still do, the Holy Communion with the Holy Spirit but the encounter with Jesus was WOW.

Prayer: Thank you Jesus ‘Immeku (The Lord Is With You) for the amazing privilege of encountering You so many times. Each encounter leaves me desiring to never leave Your presence.

May your house be filled with joy in the morning and sweet dreams at night. May it be a home where love has come to live. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Who Will Spend It?

                                                                                                                           

We heap up wealth not knowing who will spend it. Psalm 39:6                   

Chances it is going to be the government and the banks. In my opinion they are the two biggest legalized thieves to ever curse the earth.

Then it is going to be ungrateful family members. The only time they ever wanted anything to do with you is when they wanted money from you.

So, my question is: why are you wasting your life and health for ungrateful ones when you should be investing it in Christs Kingdom?

 No, I am not referring to your last will, I am referring to the here and now.

No, I am not referring to your finances, which is always needed but rather your time and expertise.

How much time and effort do you put into expanding Christs kingdom?

How much time do you spend in expanding the jewels in the crown Jesus is going to place upon your head when you meet Him in Heaven?

Invest in Christs Kingdom not the worlds. His kingdom has eternal dividends. Joseph a son of Jehovah

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Ghmolah ( The God of Recompense ) for teaching me to invest in Your eternal kingdom which pays Heavenly dividends rather than waste my time, effort and finances on that which vanishes in time like the morning mist. I thank you in the name of He whose blood was invested in bringing Your children into Your eternal home Jesus Christ. Amen

It is Impossible for a Christian

This is why we work hard and continue to struggle, for our hope is in the living God. 1 Timothy 4:10 Holy Bible, New Living Translation

It is impossible for a Christian to give up. We all work hard at being acceptable children to our Heavenly Father.

Yes there are going to be constant struggles.

Christianity is one war that continues until we reach Heavens gate. Just when one battle is finished and we rest a little another one begins. So many times we feel exhausted and defeated. We desire to give it all up and walk away. But, as Christians when we go before our Heavenly Father, He blesses us with strength, wisdom and the weapons to continue the fight. The longer we are in this battle the stronger our hope is in our Heavenly Father.

Now hope here is not the same as hoping to win the lottery. Rather it means confidence in Our Heavenly Fathers care, provision and deliverance and the eternal Heavenly home He has prepared for us.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah ‘Ori (the Lord is my Light) for enlightening me with Divine insight into the reason for the constant battles that must be fought on a daily basis in every Christians life ( including mine). This gift encourages me on when all seems lost to victory which glorifies You. I joyously praise You in the name of He whose empty grave brought eternal victory to oh so many. Jesus Christ. Amen
