Don’t be so angry with us, Lord. Isaiah 64:9 New Living Translation
This suggests that Jehovah controls His temper but look out when His patience is exhausted.
The same should be true for us.
Yes we are to control our temper but there must be a price to pay when someone exhausts our patience (many times they do it intentionally because they like to watch someone blow up and then stand back and laugh. All the while acting innocent.).
We as Christians are not to extract revenge. However, we do have a big daddy in Heaven above whom we can and should call upon to extract the proper punishment towards the offenders to either bring them to repentance or to warn them to stop because next time will be so much worse.
And, from my experience when the Lord brings the hammer down, it is very unpleasant to the offender.
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Ghmolah (The God of Recompense. The God of vengeance) for blessing me with confidence in Your true justice being executed upon those who do me wrong without just cause. Thank You my Love that when we repent before Your patience is exhausted You are a forgiving God. I praise You in the name of He whose blood made my forgiveness possible Jesus Christ. Amen
May Christ bless you with love, joy and peace today and every day.
