Never Pin Your Whole Faith On

The foolishness of man undermines his way [ruining whatever he undertakes]. Proverbs 19:3 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

In my younger years there were those that I thought could walk on water and could do no wrong. Every time they disappointed me.

As well I am sure I have disappointed others.

We are not to allow anyone to even be Jehovahs equal much less surpass Him. To do so is a sure fire way to disaster every time.

Unfortunately most folks today will foolishly put their trust in anyone or anything other than Jehovah. Just look at all the simpleton gurus on TV and social media that have throngs of dimwitted followers. The same goes for religion (including Christianity). That is how wicked cults evolve that destroy so many lives.

“Never, never pin your whole faith on any human being: not if he is the best and wisest in the whole world. There are lots of nice things you can do with sand; but do not try building a house on it.” C. S. Lewis

Prayer: It is in You and You alone Jesus Pyyrand (Jesus my best friend) that I place my complete and total faith in. This is done because of the fact that because You love me You will only bless me with the best Heaven has to offer.

In Your supreme name I do sincerely make this oath. Amen

May your house be filled with joy in the morning and sweet dreams at night. May it be a home where love has come to live. Joseph a son of Jehovah

I am an unpaid live in care giver for my aged mother. As well I regularly do volunteer work with a local church group helping working poor establish themselves independently. . I love being in nature. I say the closer we get to nature the more we see Jehovah. We are blessed in this area with many amazing, easy to ride bicycle trails on old railroad lines that takes us all over Southern Ontario.

  1. Amen! I see so many fall away from faith because they saw the downside of pastoral leaders or fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. This is so discouraging!

  2. And amen! We should focus on Christ and Christ alone!

  3. Nice post, except maybe not good to refer to people as “dimwitted” but rather, more politely, as deceived.
