The Lord is near to the heartbroken Psalm 34:18 The Holy Bible Amplified Version

I cannot count the number of times worry, sorrow, frustration and anger were so deep with in my soul it felt like a blanket of heavy steel completely encompassing my whole being. Jehovah always led me to a quiet place and there He comforted me, encouraged me and strengthened me.

So many folks laughed and wrote me off thinking I was totally demolished and a failure. The shock to them when they saw me return and go right back at it with gusto was quite humorous.

Sometimes this process was repeated numerous times but there was always victory in the end.

It does not matter what your situation in life there are always times when we need to be alone with our Beloved for Him to care for us both mentally, spiritually and physically.

“Be still, and in the quiet moments, listen to the voice of your heavenly Father. His words can renew your spirit. No one knows you and your needs like He does.” Janet L. Weaver

Prayer: Thank you YAHWEH Ropheka (God our healer) for blessing me with Your gentle loving reassurance, strength and comfort in my numerous times of need. I love You and adore Your for Your abundant grace You have bestowed upon this adoring child of Your. I exalt Thee in the name of the best Healer of all Jesus Christ. Amen

May your house be filled with joy in the morning and sweet dreams at night. May it be a home where love has come to live. Joseph a son of Jehovah

As Christ is our King, so too are we His free will servants Joseph a son of Jehovah I have been a faithful servant of our Lord for the past forty years. He has led me to move from the farm to the city. It was there I learned natural medicine as well as to serve by doin volunteer work in a hospital. This was preparing me for the next stage of growth and service unto Him. The next phase was to live in a tent in the western provinces of Canada planting trees. It has here in His marvelous creation of nature that He taught me so much of Himself while serving others in camp as a first aid attendant. If anybody got sick or injured they always came to me. As well, I learned to be a big brother and care about their mental health and for most, it was the first time they were ever loved. This caring for others prepared me for the next step which was to be a teacher all over China. Here not only did my example guide many to our Heavenly King but also taught me how to deal with narcissist. This prepared me to come home to take care of a narcissistic mother while dealing with narcissist family members. It was in China that the Lord also guided me to become a Christian writer which has been faithfully done for the past ten years. I know not what will happen tomorrow but I know who holds tomorrow in His hands and it is Him I place my total confidence and trust in. Joseph a son of Jehovah

  1. I am always like that too – blame it to an overactive brain. But God always leads me to the quiet place, where my soul, mind, and heart can rest and then at those quiet moments, I can feel the presence of God calming the storms in me. Shalom!

    • That is one of my problems: I cannot stop thinking. The problem is solved when in Jehovahs presence however.

Shalom be in your heart and your mind every day

  2. Amen.
God sometimes uses our situations to draw people and ourselves to Him. It takes time to realize everything works for our good. ‘In the quiet moments’ we reflect and if we just hold on to His strength and His guidance, we pull ourselves up and march forward in faith.
Thank you for the reminder. Blessings always.
