‘Do not fear [anything], for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, be assured I will help you; I will certainly take hold of you with My righteous right hand [a hand of justice, of power, of victory, of salvation].’ Isaiah 41:10 Holy Bible Amplified Version

One of the hardest parts of becoming a Christian for me was letting go and allowing Jehovah to take control. I am glad that I have finally succumb. After all, He is far wiser than I, has much more resources to deal with circumstances than I and has all power.

The end result is a life with a lot less stress, grief, frustration, worry and fear in my life.

Why not give it a try?

Why not reach out your hand and say: “ Lord please take my hand and guide me through these stormy waters.” ?

“Don’t trust to hold God’s hand; let Him hold yours. Let Him do the holding, and you the trusting.” — Hammer William Webb-Peploe

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah ‘Immeku (The Lord Is With You) for the privilege of being able to always hold Your strong, firm yet gentle hand in my feeble hand as we walk through life together. It is so comforting and encouraging. I praise You in the name of He whose hand guided His beloved disciples so well Jesus Christ. Amen

May Gods sunshine always bless you with brightening your day with His love, joy and peace. Joseph a son of Jehovah

As Christ is our King, so too are we His free will servants Joseph a son of Jehovah I have been a faithful servant of our Lord for the past forty years. He has led me to move from the farm to the city. It was there I learned natural medicine as well as to serve by doin volunteer work in a hospital. This was preparing me for the next stage of growth and service unto Him. The next phase was to live in a tent in the western provinces of Canada planting trees. It has here in His marvelous creation of nature that He taught me so much of Himself while serving others in camp as a first aid attendant. If anybody got sick or injured they always came to me. As well, I learned to be a big brother and care about their mental health and for most, it was the first time they were ever loved. This caring for others prepared me for the next step which was to be a teacher all over China. Here not only did my example guide many to our Heavenly King but also taught me how to deal with narcissist. This prepared me to come home to take care of a narcissistic mother while dealing with narcissist family members. It was in China that the Lord also guided me to become a Christian writer which has been faithfully done for the past ten years. I know not what will happen tomorrow but I know who holds tomorrow in His hands and it is Him I place my total confidence and trust in. Joseph a son of Jehovah

  1. As a fairly new prison wife, this is where I am right now. Struggling to let Him hold me but not fully trusting Him because of all we’ve been through. Good content!

    • Allow the hard times to bring you closer to Jehovah. Going my way always led to disaster. Going Jehovahs way always led to blessings of success. I speak from a lot of experience. It took me many times of being put through the meat grinder of life to learn this valuable lesson.

Is there anything you would like me to pray for you about?

  2. Most of us struggle with “surrender”. We like to be in charge. But the benefits of surrendering to a better way brings much improvement! Therefore, “surrender” is a blessing, a victory, wisdom, not defeat or bondage. But even knowing that, we still struggle with surrender until we just finally grow wise enough to finally embrace the beauty of it. When our surrender is to our Creator, our heavenly Father, it’s a beautiful thing.
