ESCAPE FROM HELL

Jesus spoke to them again in parables, saying:  “The kingdom of heaven is like a king who prepared a wedding banquet for his son.  He sent his servants to those who had been invited to the banquet to tell them to come, but they refused to come.

“Then he sent some more servants and said, ‘Tell those who have been invited that I have prepared my dinner: My oxen and fattened cattle have been butchered, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding banquet.’

“But they paid no attention and went off—one to his field, another to his business. The rest seized his servants, mistreated them and killed them. The king was enraged. He sent his army and destroyed those murderers and burned their city.

“Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding banquet is ready, but those I invited did not deserve to come. So go to the street corners and invite to the banquet anyone you find.’ So the servants went out into the streets and gathered all the people they could find, the bad as well as the good, and the wedding hall was filled with guests.

“But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. He asked, ‘How did you get in here without wedding clothes, friend?’ The man was speechless.     “Then the king told the attendants, ‘Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

“For many are invited, but few are chosen.” Matthew 22:1-14 New King James Version

These people were in essence saying “Sorry, not interested.”

They were more interested in the material things than in the Heavenly. How much has changed today?

How many people are more interested in their sports teams, fashion, cars, homes, family or personal health than in being a member of Christs family?

How many members in churches chase out Christians who are speaking the Word of God instead of being politically correct and telling the people what they want to hear.

But when the time comes they will be expecting to enter Heaven because the called themselves Christians but were no different than the world?

They will be in for quite the shock and will be sorry and angered by the just judgment they receive.

Prayer: Please Jehovah KalEl (voice of God) always bless me with the wisdom, meekness, gracefulness and humbleness to speak You Divine and Holy word so that I am encourage others to join Your Holy family. Please give me the strength to withstand the fiery darts and unjust attacks constantly, viciously hurled at me by the charaders who claim to be Your children but are really the spawn of the devil masquerading as Christians. I humbly request this in the name of the Heavenly bride I yearn to meet in a Heavenly wedding feast Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus sweet love bless you today and every day

After faithfully serving the Lord in China for ten years as a teacher I have been called home to care for my aged mother who has numerous disabilities. As well I regularly do volunteer work visiting seniors in a seniors home. I love being in nature. I say the closer we get to nature the more we see Jehovah. We are blessed in this area with many amazing, easy to ride bicycle trails on old railroad lines that takes us all over Southern Ontario.

  1. We certainly see that most Christians these days are like Peter following Jesus after his arrest – following at a distance. Most of us are interested in fitting in rather than being set apart.
