It is an Amazing Paradox.

HARD WORK

He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 2 Corinthians 9:6 New King James Version

The amazing paradox is that in todays world most people are of the gimme, gimme attitude. Because of this they are morally and spiritually bankrupt. Yet they look at those with giving hearts as stupid and suckers. Their lives have no satisfaction as they constantly need another fix just like a heroin junkie. Is it no wonder so many in society are suffering from depression and suicidal and there is so many psychos out there?

Then there are those who sow bountifully to help others whether it be financially or whether it be with their time in long term volunteer positions whose live glows with joy. They may be considered poor by societies standards but are so rich with meaning and satisfaction in their lives.

There are two types of riches in this world. You can have one but not the other. One is the material world where you love objects but use people. The other is the spiritual world where you love people and use objects. One leaves you with satisfaction, love and joy. The other leaves you with emptiness. Which one are you living in? Joseph- Anthony: Green

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah-Bara (The Lord Creator) for creating in me an attitude and behavior that enriches those You bring into my life so as to bring glory to Your sanctified name. I praise You in the name of He who is the richest of all by His precious gift Jesus Christ. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

After faithfully serving the Lord in China for ten years as a teacher I have been called home to care for my aged mother who has numerous disabilities. As well I regularly do volunteer work visiting seniors in a seniors home. I love being in nature. I say the closer we get to nature the more we see Jehovah. We are blessed in this area with many amazing, easy to ride bicycle trails on old railroad lines that takes us all over Southern Ontario.
