FOLLOW YOUR WAYS

It is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.” Philippians 2:13

Before you make any decision it is always best to take it to Jehovah in sincere prayer, faith and obedience.

In prayer you must sincerely ask for Jehovah to guide you where you are best suited to be. So if you want to be a computer programmer and Jehovah wants you to be an architect you will follow His guidance. It may not make sense to you at the time but in retrospect you will be glad you obeyed His calling.

For me I thought Jehovah was calling me to be a electronics technician but instead ended up learning natural medicine which I have used in many circumstances for over thirty years.

You must have faith that the Holy Spirit will guide you where you will best serve Christ.

So you may not understand why you are being led to be a carpenter instead of a nurse but then end up working on building homes for the needy in some distant country or in some disaster in your country which leads to a lot more fulfillment.

For me I never dreamed of being a teacher but have been used greatly by Jehovah in serving Him faithfully in China for ten years.

When you receive your calling you are to be obedient and go where he leads you.

Again, for me I never dreamed of being a teacher but have been used greatly by Jehovah in serving Him faithfully in China for ten years.

Prayer: Please Jehovah Rohi (God is our Sheppard) bless me with an obedient heart to obey Your wise staff as You divinely guide me through this life on the way to the good pasture You have prepared for this little lamb of Yours.       I meekly request this in the name of my most intelligent Sheppard Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

As Christ is our King, so too are we His free will servants Joseph a son of Jehovah I have been a faithful servant of our Lord for the past forty years. He has led me to move from the farm to the city. It was there I learned natural medicine as well as to serve by doin volunteer work in a hospital. This was preparing me for the next stage of growth and service unto Him. The next phase was to live in a tent in the western provinces of Canada planting trees. It has here in His marvelous creation of nature that He taught me so much of Himself while serving others in camp as a first aid attendant. If anybody got sick or injured they always came to me. As well, I learned to be a big brother and care about their mental health and for most, it was the first time they were ever loved. This caring for others prepared me for the next step which was to be a teacher all over China. Here not only did my example guide many to our Heavenly King but also taught me how to deal with narcissist. This prepared me to come home to take care of a narcissistic mother while dealing with narcissist family members. It was in China that the Lord also guided me to become a Christian writer which has been faithfully done for the past ten years. I know not what will happen tomorrow but I know who holds tomorrow in His hands and it is Him I place my total confidence and trust in. Joseph a son of Jehovah

  1. Always well said, my friend! God will call and lead the willing of heart. And His guidance is for the best of ourselves and those with whom we come in contact.

The roads we are put on may not always be what we thought they would be, nor go where we expected. They may also be filled with bumps along the way. But trust in the Lord that the journey is the one He intends for us according to His good pleasure.

    • Very true brother. He has taken me to many place I did not want to go and do many things I did not want to do but was glad I did no matter how difficult

      • God obviously sees much promise for you in His plans. Submit to Him in everything above your own desires.

You may fall at times…we all do. But it is all in the process of maturing in Christ, as He makes us more capable and effective in His work.

      • It is in our failure that we learn the most. That is why I am so much against the satanic teachings in our schools today with the cannot fail method. It robs the children of maturing

      • The hall of education have no room for the things of God any longer. For the most part, they are “puffed up” with themselves and find faith a very strange idea.

This goes from elementary levels right on through graduate colleges. Oh the disservice we do to people of all ages in schools these days!

      • Being a teacher in China for ten years and having a great nephew and niece I saw it constantly and was shocked to see it when I returned home. The term educated idiots has never been more true than in this day and age.

      • And we just keep making things worse in the schools…and nobody can figure our why we have so many problems in and around school these days!

        Bring God back to school!!!

        Steve

      • Although I agree, I believe it is most important to bring God back into the home. So many parents are morally bankrupt.

      • Of course you are right. The instruction must begin with the parents as per God’s plan…
