DIVINE STRENGTH

If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small. Proverbs 24:10 New King James Version

No matter how long we have walked with Christ there always comes a time when we faint in the day of adversity.

The difference is that when we first begin our walk we are weak and need lots of Christ’s strength.

As we mature he rightly expects us to be stronger and be able to stand more adversity.

Do not be arrogant and foolishly believe that you are incapable of falling because that is when you are your weakest.

It is in our adversity that we learn so much. Joseph- Anthony: Green

It is in our adversity were we learn of areas in our life that needs to be worked upon with the Holy Spirit’s guidance and strength.

It is never easy but always worth it as in the process we are able to help those coming up behind us and we grow closer to Christ.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Immanuel (God amongst us ) for blessing me with always being there to guide me, mold me and purify me to be the child You have intended me to be. Thank you for strengthening me in my time of weakness and for picking me up when I fall. I praise You in the name of He who strengthened His disciples after they grew faint and ran away from Him in His time of adversity Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus sweet love bless you today and every day

After faithfully serving the Lord in China for ten years as a teacher I have been called home to care for my aged mother who has numerous disabilities. As well I regularly do volunteer work visiting seniors in a seniors home. I love being in nature. I say the closer we get to nature the more we see Jehovah. We are blessed in this area with many amazing, easy to ride bicycle trails on old railroad lines that takes us all over Southern Ontario.
