LOOKING TO HEAVEN

Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but whoever hates correction is stupid. Proverbs 12:1 New International Version

The most important lessons learned in my life have been learned through discipline. It did not occur in a day and it most certainly was not easy. But believe me it was well worth it.

Discipline means that you do not quit and learn from your experience.

It is also good to have godly mentors who can help you learn from your lessons which means that we who have walked the path before must teach those who are walking it now.

On the other hand, I have seen many stubborn people, and yes, stubbornness and stupidity go hand in hand; continue to make the same stupid mistakes in their lives again and again. When you try to talk with them they consider you stupid and they are so much stupider than you. It is difficult but when you encounter these you must try to help them but if they refuse you cannot force it on them. You just have to step back and let them suffer.

Prayer: Thank you Holy Spirit Rabbi (Holy Spirit our Teacher) for blessing me with being the most amazing Teacher. I apologize for the times I have been a difficult student for You. I extol You in the name of the wisest teacher of them all Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus sweet love bless you today and every day

After faithfully serving the Lord in China for ten years as a teacher I have been called home to care for my aged mother who has numerous disabilities. As well I regularly do volunteer work visiting seniors in a seniors home. I love being in nature. I say the closer we get to nature the more we see Jehovah. We are blessed in this area with many amazing, easy to ride bicycle trails on old railroad lines that takes us all over Southern Ontario.
