Shout For Joy.

Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth, burst into jubilant song with music. Psalm 98:4 New International Version

Have you ever shouted “I love you.” to Jehovah?

Never mind the songs in church, have you ever sung a song of love, praise, gratitude and or joy to the Lord and been so full of joy you thought you were going to explode?

Now my personal preference is to find a quiet safe place in nature (by a stream, lake or by the ocean are the best). Many times by the time I finish I look around me and laugh as many birds have come to join the chorus and in the summer time even the crickets and frogs seem in tune with the chorus. That is truly a joyous time.

Sometimes I even play the flute (all be it awfully but God does not care because He knows it is coming to Him with love from my heart).  In Hong Kong the monkeys would hang on branches and listen as beautiful wild parrots joined in.

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Heseh (God of love) for blessing me with the opportunities to sing songs of love and praise to You in Your awesome cathedral (nature). This gift is truly cherished in my heart and in my life. I gleefully thank You in the name of He who was with You when You created Your spectacular cathedral Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus sweet love bless you today and every day

After faithfully serving the Lord in China for ten years as a teacher I have been called home to care for my aged mother who has numerous disabilities. As well I regularly do volunteer work visiting seniors in a seniors home. I love being in nature. I say the closer we get to nature the more we see Jehovah. We are blessed in this area with many amazing, easy to ride bicycle trails on old railroad lines that takes us all over Southern Ontario.
