How Hasty Are You?

ACCEPT HIS CALL INTO HIS LIFETIME SCHOOL AND SERVICE

I made haste, and did not delay To keep Your commandments. Psalm 119:60 New King James Version

When you hear a sermon or read a Bible passage or any other manner in which Jehovah is speaking to you how hasty are you to obey Him?

From my experience it is best to make haste.

The longer you wait the harder it becomes and then Jehovah will give you stern warnings to obey Him.  Is there a relationship that needs reconciliation and you refuse?

It only affects other parts of your life.

Are you participating in ungodly behaviour and refuse to change?

That only draws you away from God until your relationship with Him is cold and in some cases dead. When Jehovah commands you to do something or to stop doing something it is for your good not His.

Prayer: Please Jehovah KalEl (voice of God) bless this child to always be an attentive and obedient child of Yours because I know You are speaking to me for my own good. I humbly request this in the name of Your most obedient son Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus sweet love bless you today and every day.

As Christ is our King, so too are we His free will servants Joseph a son of Jehovah I have been a faithful servant of our Lord for the past forty years. He has led me to move from the farm to the city. It was there I learned natural medicine as well as to serve by doin volunteer work in a hospital. This was preparing me for the next stage of growth and service unto Him. The next phase was to live in a tent in the western provinces of Canada planting trees. It has here in His marvelous creation of nature that He taught me so much of Himself while serving others in camp as a first aid attendant. If anybody got sick or injured they always came to me. As well, I learned to be a big brother and care about their mental health and for most, it was the first time they were ever loved. This caring for others prepared me for the next step which was to be a teacher all over China. Here not only did my example guide many to our Heavenly King but also taught me how to deal with narcissist. This prepared me to come home to take care of a narcissistic mother while dealing with narcissist family members. It was in China that the Lord also guided me to become a Christian writer which has been faithfully done for the past ten years. I know not what will happen tomorrow but I know who holds tomorrow in His hands and it is Him I place my total confidence and trust in. Joseph a son of Jehovah

  1. Very good word today. True obedience is immediate and does not delay.

  2. In our military, soldiers are required to act when commanded to do so. There is no questioning the orders. There is no time to delay or think about things. The word is given, and people move out!

Now, don’t misunderstand, our military personnel do a glorious job and I have nothing but praise for what they do.

But in their case, much of that obedience is a response to the duty our warriors swore to uphold when they enlisted. Of course there is a feeling of honor, or purpose involved. But the main motivation often times is to simply follow orders.

In the Lord’s army, soldiers follow commands because they are moved by love first and foremost. Following orders is secondary much of the time to the appreciation we have for our Commander!

When that is the prevailing motive, we will not hesitate to obey…
