Are You Wise Enough to Give God Advice?

Who can fathom the Spiritof the Lord,or instruct the Lord as his counselor. Isaiah 40:13 New International Version

Do you try to give Jehovah advice?

Sounds stupid doesn’t it but how many souls do?

For example if you are applying for a job do you pray that Jehovah blesses you with the job or do you take the time to pray and ask if this is where He wants you to be? If His answer is not want you want to hear do you still obey?

I have been on both sides of the coin and can share with you that when I stubbornly and arrogantly refused to listen and obey His direction there was a heavy price to pay.

Usually the supervisors were dictators and they cheated me out my wages as well. On the other hand when I did listen and obey, not matter how crazy it seemed to be I was rewarded with good supervisors and excellent pay.

It is the same with relationships whether it is with friends or with possible marriage mates.

So if you desire a lot less agony and frustration in your life learn to listen and obey Jehovahs guidance instead of giving it to Him.

Prayer: Please Jehovah KaEl (voice of God) bless this child to always be attentive and obedient to Your divine guidance in my life. I humbly request this in the name of Your most obedient son Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

After faithfully serving the Lord in China for ten years as a teacher I have been called home to care for my aged mother who has numerous disabilities. As well I regularly do volunteer work visiting seniors in a seniors home. I love being in nature. I say the closer we get to nature the more we see Jehovah. We are blessed in this area with many amazing, easy to ride bicycle trails on old railroad lines that takes us all over Southern Ontario.
